My 82 year old mother had an inoperable Genie garage door opener. Adrian was quick to respond with a reasonable quote for the repair & rapid service. He also offered to replace the existing door opener with a new one saying it would probably be lower service cost & perform better. Being frugal of my mother's expenses, I opted to repair the Genie; it was still under warranty & Genie provided the necessary parts. HOWEVER, it took some time to accomplish this and multiple visits by Adrian as we worked through Genie's process. Adrian was a great advocate in explaining to Genie why they should replace the motor rather than keep sending parts. THANK YOU Adrian for being so patient through this process, always performing excellent work, and cleaning up! (So many contractors leave a mess behind.) If the Genie motor fails again, I know where to find Adrian & will take him up on the original offer of replacing the unit altogether! If you need a door opener repair, Adrian's your man!

Our garage door is extremely heavy and decorative, but perfectly matches the Santa Fe architecture of our home. Superb service and prices
I called Wednesday afternoon and Adrian arrived Thursday morning. He diagnosed the problem with the opener immediately, replaced the gears and sprocket with a spare part and adjusted the door springs. He did not try to sell me anything that I did not need and gave me a great price, including a reduced service fee because he had another call in the neighborhood. If you want someone who is honest, thorough and who is willing to underprice the competition, you could not make a better choice. Trailer torsion spring replacement
I called Adrian as a last resort to fix a broken trailer torsion spring. I use the trailer for my business and needed it fixed that night. He came over at 6PM and temporarily fixed the door to get me through the next day. Adrian then came back and replaced all parts with new. He said he had never done a trailer ramp door before, but didn't hesitate to take on the job with 2 hours notice. Adrian was honest, reliable and efficient. I purchased a set of tracks from Adrian that I later decided not to use. I had no intention of returning the tracks, because it was entirely my choice not to use them, they were not defective or anything. I just ended up not needing them at the end of my job. Great customer service! My garage door needed to be replaced so I called a couple companies out for estimates. I had a company out that quoted me $750 for replacement. By the time I got the true estimate it was well over $1k. The thing I appreciated about Garage Doors 4 Less is there was no hidden costs. I called the owner on a Friday afternoon about 4PM. He gave me an awesome price, went down to the warehouse right away, picked up the door and had it installed by 11am Saturday morning! Although I didn't have much in the garage, they made it a priority to get it done in a timely fashion where the others told me to wait around until Monday or Tuesday.
